Version d11.1

This version entirely replaces all TCP communication code. Though not well tested yet, my hope is this yields the following benefits:

Fixes timeout problems
Fixes lag wheel problems: doesn't lock you out with a spinning cursor during sending/receiving
Full Open Transport support [untested]
Connect via "chess.lm.com" instead of numerical IP address (in case that changes)

Other changes since d11.0:

When text is highlighted in the console window typing goes to the window's input field
Labelling of console window based on connection status
Bug Fixed: Font Size menu not working correctly
Bug Fixed: Arrange Palette menu item was inadvertantly disabled in d11.0
Bug Fixed: Flip Board menu item was inadvertantly enabled when no board was up
Work-around implemented for a Kriegspiel bug in the ICC
Work-around implemented for apparent ICC login: prompt changes
